Deposits and withdrawals

The payment details below are as of October 2026 and come from TrustDice's site code and FAQ. Methods and limits change, so check the cashier and the terms before you deposit.

Crypto

You can hold a balance in nine cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, DOGE, TRX, XRP and SOL. The cashier also handles the casino's own TXT token. TrustDice says it charges no fee on crypto withdrawals; you pay the network fee.

Minimum withdrawals depend on the coin, for example 0.0003 BTC, 0.007 ETH, 0.2 LTC or 30 USDT. The minimum can be higher when network fees are high.

Cards and local methods

In some countries the casino also takes cards, SEPA, Skrill, Neteller, Jeton, MiFinity, Interac, Pix and other local methods. Account currencies include EUR, CAD, AUD, BRL and JPY, but not USD. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear only through third-party services that sell you crypto. Fiat withdrawals carry fees that depend on the method, for example 2.5% plus EUR 0.18 by Instant SEPA and 5.85% plus EUR 0.36 by card or standard SEPA.

Withdrawal times

The casino says most BTC, ETH, USDT and LTC withdrawals are processed automatically within 0 to 15 minutes, that fiat withdrawals take 1 to 3 business days, and that some requests can be delayed by up to 48 hours. It also says there is no single fixed payout time. These are the casino's own figures; btcman has not timed them.

ID checks and withdrawal rules

TrustDice's terms (read on 2 October 2026) allow an identity check on deposit and require one for withdrawals above 1 BTC or EUR 2,000, or whenever the casino asks. The casino's account pages ask for an ID card, driving licence or passport, plus a utility bill from the last three months. Some of its marketing pages say no KYC is needed; the terms say otherwise.

Its terms also require a deposit of at least 10 USDT, wagered 5 times, before any withdrawal, and cap withdrawals at 1,000,000 USDT a month.

Games and sportsbook

TrustDice says it has more than 10,000 casino games (its own count, October 2026). Its provider list has 43 entries, some of them in-house studios or aggregators.

Originals

The casino's own Dice, Crash and Plinko games are provably fair, with a cryptographic check of the results. It offers this check only for its own games.

Live casino

The casino names Evolution, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live as its live-dealer providers. Winfinity, Absolute Live Gaming and Playtech are also in its provider list.

Sportsbook

It also runs a sportsbook with pre-match and live betting, plus esports betting on Counter-Strike 2, League of Legends and Dota 2.

Mobile

The site works in mobile browsers. TrustDice offers an Android app as an APK file through a banner on its site. It mentions no App Store or Google Play listing and no iOS app.

Bonuses

TrustDice has a welcome package over the first three deposits, a faucet and a loyalty club. The details below were checked in October 2026 against archived copies of the casino's own pages. Bonus terms change often, so read the current bonus terms before you deposit.

Welcome package

The casino's own site text (archived copies from December 2025 and 8 October 2026) advertises 500% over the first three deposits, up to $90,000 or 3 BTC in total, plus 100 free spins:

  • First deposit: 200% up to $30,000 or 1 BTC, and 20 free spins
  • Second deposit: 100% up to $30,000 or 1 BTC, and 30 free spins
  • Third deposit: 200% up to $30,000 or 1 BTC, and 50 free spins

Its bonus terms page still showed a smaller offer, 225% up to 3 BTC, on 2 October 2026. The casino's own pages give different versions of this offer, so check which one applies to you before you deposit.

Wagering and limits

These rules come from the bonus rules in TrustDice's own site text (archived December 2025). Its bonus terms page also gave 40x wagering and 7 days.

  • Minimum deposit for each bonus: 10 USDT, 10 EUR or a set minimum in each other currency (for example 0.000085 BTC).
  • Wagering: 40 times the deposit plus the bonus, within 7 days.
  • Maximum bet while you wager a deposit bonus: 2 USDT (3 USDT while you wager free-spin winnings).
  • Winnings you can cash out from each bonus are capped at 10 times the bonus or 1,000 USDT, whichever is less.
  • Free spins last 7 days. Their winnings must be wagered 60 times within 5 days and are capped at 50 USDT for each deposit stage.
  • Only some slots and live casino games count. Dice, Crash, Plinko, all BGaming slots and a long list of other slots are excluded.

Faucet

Registered players can claim a small free amount from the faucet without a deposit, after an anti-bot check. As of October 2026, new players can claim every 6 hours; higher loyalty ranks can claim more often (the casino's own pages give different intervals for those ranks). Each claim is worth up to about 0.0432 USDT.

Loyalty club

The Loyalty Club (Satoshi Club) has 35 ranks. You earn points by betting real money. Rewards include a level-up bonus, cashback, and weekly and monthly rakeback of up to 7% each at the top rank. From rank 23 there is also a monthly bonus and custom offers.

Licence and restricted countries

TrustDice is run by Satoshi Gaming Group N.V., a Curaçao company (number 151832). It holds Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/664/0280 for trustdice.win, granted on 16 July 2024. On 14 October 2026 the regulator's certificate showed the licence as active. The regulator's licence register, last updated 12 October 2026, lists the same licence number for Satoshi Gaming Group N.V.

The Anjouan licence register also lists a separate licence, ALSI-202605020-FI1, held by Satoshi Labs Ltd for trustdice.win and mollydice.com. It was issued on 15 May 2026 and expires on 14 May 2027.

Restricted countries

The casino's terms, as read on 2 October 2026, do not accept residents of the United States, the United Kingdom or Australia. The full list of excluded countries could not be read for this review, so check section 3.6 of the terms before you sign up. The casino's own site has a page aimed at players in Australia, although its terms exclude Australia. Whether online casino play is allowed where you live depends on your local law.

VPN use

TrustDice blocks some locations by IP address. Its block screen asks visitors to turn off any VPN or proxy, and its faucet page warns that using a VPN may break its terms. One of its marketing pages says the opposite. If you see the block screen, the casino is not available where you are; do not try to get round it.

    Opening an account

To play for real money you need an account on trustdice.win. Before you sign up, check that your country is not excluded in the casino's terms.

After sign-up you can turn on two-factor authentication with Google Authenticator in the account settings. The home page asks players to do this. The casino can ask for ID documents, and its terms require them for large withdrawals.

The casino's account pages (archived December 2025) offer self-exclusion in the settings or by email to compliance@trustdice.win. This review could not confirm whether deposit, loss or session limits are available.
