FreshBet review

The Curaçao Gaming Authority's licence register, last updated on 14 October 2026, lists Ryker B.V. (company number 154186) under licence OGL/2024/1800/1049, type B2C, with the status "Indefinite". Ryker B.V. is not on the authority's enforcement register, which lists licences that were revoked, suspended or not extended (last updated on 14 September 2026).

The register does not list domains. FreshBet's own footer, archived in September 2024, is what ties this licence to freshbet.com. A Curaçao licence does not make online gambling legal where you live. FreshBet's July 2024 terms say it accepts players only from countries where online gambling is allowed by law.

Restricted countries

The July 2024 terms bar users in these countries and their territories from depositing and playing for real money: Israel, the United States, France and its overseas territories, the Netherlands, the Dutch West Indies, Curaçao, Burma, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe, Latvia, Russia and Belarus. The list may have changed since, so read the casino's current terms before you register.

The same terms block NetEnt games in the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, France and Italy. They do not mention VPNs. They allow only one account per person, household or IP address.

Can US players join?

No. The United States is on the restricted list in those terms, and the terms also say Visa is not supported for the USA.

Australia

Australia is not on the restricted list. Trade press reports (Gaming Intelligence and Focus Gaming News, 2026) say Australia's regulator, ACMA, formally warned Ryker B.V. for offering casino games and in-play betting to Australians, and that in June 2026 ACMA asked Australian internet providers to block FreshBet. ACMA's own notice could not be opened.

United Kingdom

The United Kingdom is not on the restricted list, and the terms do not say whether UK players are accepted. FreshBet's archived footer names only a Curaçao licence, and its archived terms name no UK licence.

The July 2024 terms give one support address: support@fresh-bet.com. They do not say when support is available.

Complaints go to support and must be raised within two months of the issue. If a dispute is not settled, the terms let you take it to the licensing regulator listed on the website. In disputes, the terms treat the casino's server logs as the final authority.

The rules below are from the July 2024 terms. Check the casino's current terms before you deposit.

Those terms list these cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, XRP, Dash, Monero and Tether (USDT). They also list US, Canadian and Australian dollars, euros and roubles. Visa and Mastercard work only in some countries. Visa is not supported in the USA, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia or Singapore. Mastercard is supported only in 29 listed countries, mostly in Europe, including the UK and Turkey.

• Minimum deposit: €20 or the equivalent.
• Each deposit must be wagered at least once before you can withdraw it.
• Minimum withdrawal: €20 or the equivalent.
• Maximum withdrawal: €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month per player. Each payment method can also have its own limit. Higher VIP levels may get exceptions at the operator's discretion. Wins above €15,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €15,000.
• Maximum win from a single bet or spin: €300,000, jackpots excluded.
• Withdrawal time: none is stated for crypto or cards. Bank transfers are processed within three banking days. Withdrawals can be held while your identity is checked.

Fees

The terms give no crypto fee schedule. They do allow these charges:

• the cost of processing your deposits and withdrawals, if you withdraw after betting less than three times your last deposit;
• intermediary-bank charges of up to €16 on bank transfers;
• a €10 monthly fee on accounts left dormant for 12 months;
• a 20% deduction from refunded deposits when an account is closed on suspicion of fraud.

FreshBet's promotions page could not be opened in October 2026, so this review gives no current offer, wagering requirement or maximum bet. Read the bonus terms on the casino's site before you accept any bonus.

VIP Club

FreshBet's September 2024 promotions describe a VIP Club with five levels: Fresh, FreshElite, FreshPro, FreshMaster and FreshKing. Your level rises as you play. That promotion does not list the benefits of each level, and the programme may have changed since.

The game lobby could not be opened, so this review gives no game or provider count. FreshBet's archived terms and promotions (2024) mention a live casino, mini-games, and sports and esports betting.

• Only one account is allowed per person, household or IP address.
• FreshBet may ask you to prove your identity at any time. It can check your identity before paying out and hold a withdrawal until the check is done.
• Documents such as ID, proof of your payment method and utility bills must be in Latin or Cyrillic script. Otherwise a video check can be required.
• If you fail verification, the account can be closed and winnings confiscated, with your deposit returned.
