Immerion Casino Review

The immerion4.com site names no operator and shows no licence number or regulator. Its terms refer players to "the licensing regulator listed on the Website", but no regulator is listed.

Press reports link Immerion to Goodwin N.V. According to iGaming Business (24 January 2025), Sweden's gambling regulator, Spelinspektionen, banned Goodwin N.V. from offering gambling in Sweden over its Immerion website.

Goodwin N.V. holds Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/758/0228 (B2C). The authority's register, last updated 14 October 2026, lists it as issued on 24 January 2026 with the status "Indefinite". The register does not list domains, and immerion4.com does not refer to this licence, so it is not confirmed that the licence covers this site.

If a dispute cannot be settled with support, the site gives no named regulator to complain to.

Section 4.5 of Immerion's terms names these restricted countries: Australia, Curaçao, France, the Netherlands, the United States, the United Kingdom, Türkiye, China, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine and Thailand. The terms say players from them are not allowed to deposit or play real-money games.

Sections 4.6 and 4.7 add more. They cover the countries on the FATF black and grey lists, such as Iran, North Korea, Pakistan, the Philippines and the UAE, and a further list that includes Cuba, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria and Venezuela.

The country list in the site's sign-up form does not match the terms. It marks some countries as blocked that the terms do not name, including India and Russia, and it does not mark the United States, the United Kingdom or Australia. The terms are what count, and they warn that withdrawals or refunds may not be processed for players who break the restricted-countries rules. Read the full list in the terms before you sign up. Whether you may gamble online also depends on the law where you live.

Hiding your location breaks the terms. Section 2.2 says winnings, deposits or bonuses gained by masking your location may be forfeited, and the Newcomer Marathon rules in the bonus terms also ban VPN use to get round restrictions. The site contradicts its own terms here: the sign-up form's country screen suggests choosing a VPN location, and the message for a game blocked in your country mentions trying a VPN. Those messages do not change the terms.

As of October 2026, the site's list of accepted coins includes: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Tron (TRX), Tether (USDT on TRC20, ERC20 and Polygon), USD Coin (USDC on ERC20, BEP20 and Polygon), BNB on BNB Smart Chain, MATIC on Polygon, and DAI and FDUSD (both on ERC20 and BEP20). Bitcoin Cash is not on the list.

The casino also lists EUR and USD as playing currencies, but its terms do not name any card, e-wallet or bank method, so check the cashier.

Limits and fees

• Minimum deposit: none in general. Bonuses set their own minimums.
• Minimum withdrawal: $25 per transaction, or the equivalent.
• Maximum withdrawal: $500 per transaction, so larger amounts need several requests, and $1,000 a day in general. Some players can get higher limits by individual agreement.
• Each deposit must be wagered three times before you can withdraw.
• The terms state no withdrawal fee, and the site's currency list shows a withdrawal fee of 0 for every coin.
• After six months without activity, the casino may charge an administrative fee: "5% of the balance or a maximum of 100 USD flat, whichever is greater".

Withdrawal times

The terms say a withdrawal usually takes up to 72 hours, depending on the provider and method, "but not limited". Verification comes first, and the KYC team has up to 5 days to review documents. The KYC policy also allows a random "Session Check" of 48 to 120 hours and a "Provider's Check" that may take at least 7 days. These are the casino's own figures, not measured times. Check the terms and the KYC policy for the current rules.

As of October 2026, Immerion's site counter shows 13,544 games from 127 providers. The home page still says 6000+ games, so the casino's own figures disagree.

The catalogue has slots, live casino games and crash games. The bonus terms name six Evolution live games that bonus money can be played on: Crazy Time, Monopoly, Funky Time, Dream Catcher, Mega Ball and MONOPOLY Big Baller.

The casino does not say that any of its games are provably fair.

The offers below are as of October 2026 and come from the casino's bonus terms. Those terms say conditions can differ for players who arrive through partner links or promo codes. The casino links on this page are partner links, so check the offer shown to you before you deposit.

Welcome pack

The standard welcome pack is spread over four deposits:

• 1st deposit: 100% up to $1,000 plus 100 free spins (minimum deposit $10)
• 2nd deposit: 30% up to $1,000 plus 50 free spins (minimum $20)
• 3rd deposit: 50% up to $1,000 plus 50 free spins (minimum $20)
• 4th deposit: 70% up to $1,000 plus 50 free spins (minimum $20)

The main conditions:

• Wagering: the bonus terms say 60 times the deposit plus the bonus, but the offer settings on the casino's site say 80 times. Ask support which figure applies before you opt in.
• Free-spin winnings must be wagered 40 times, and you can cash out at most $100 from them.
• Bonus winnings are capped. The bonus terms word the cap as "ten times the bonus amount received (max release x5)".
• A maximum bet applies while you wager the bonus, but the terms do not state the amount. The site's bonus-currency FAQ says there are no bet limits on IMR, so ask support before you place large bets with a bonus.
• The welcome pack is only for accounts registered within the last 24 hours. Bonuses are valid for 24 hours unless stated otherwise, and free spins must be used within 10 days.
• Bonus funds are paid in an internal currency, IMR ("Immerion USD", 1 IMR = 1 USDT). It can be played on slots and the six live games named above, and converted to USDT after wagering, up to the cap. If you withdraw real money, your IMR balance and unused free spins are reset to zero.

VIP welcome offer

A separate VIP pack needs a first deposit of $2,000 or more, and $500 or more for each of the next three. It gives 150%, 100%, 100% and 150%, each up to $15,000 plus 100 free spins, with a total cap of $60,000. The bonus terms set wagering at 25 times, but the offer settings say 50 times. Each VIP bonus must be wagered within 10 days, and free-spin winnings are capped at $250. Players who qualify get a personal manager.

Cashback and other promotions

Cashback is 10% daily plus 10% weekly on real-money net losses, up to 20% in total, with 3x wagering. Live games, baccarat and crash games do not count towards cashback, except for VIP players, who may get individual terms from their VIP manager. Other promotions include a 100% Deposit Friday bonus and a Mystery Monday bonus, both sent as promo codes by email to newsletter subscribers. There are also Fortune spins for a deposit of $50 or more, a weekly jackpot, wager tournaments, a referral programme and a Newcomer Marathon, in which new players earn keys that open chests. A chest can hold free spins, promo codes or a no-deposit bonus.

The public offer list has no standalone no-deposit bonus. Winnings from no-deposit bonuses are capped at €100 unless stated otherwise, and you must deposit $25 before you can withdraw winnings from free spins or no-deposit bonuses.

The site's mobile-app page does not point to the App Store or Google Play. It gives two options instead. On an iPhone, you open the site in Safari and add it to your home screen. On Android, you download an installation file from the site and allow installs from that source. This review has not checked the Android file.

Immerion offers live chat and email support (support@immerion4.com). Its site footer says support is available 24/7. No support phone number is published. There is also a compliance address, compliance@immerion4.com.

You can set gambling limits in your account, and you can ask support to self-exclude you, which closes the account. The terms say that, because of how cryptocurrencies work, deposit limits cannot be applied to deposits made through payment systems. The casino also has a responsible-gaming policy page. The terms say you must fill in the registration form with a valid email address and choose a username and password. Check the restricted-countries list in the terms first.

Verification can be required at your first withdrawal and at any time after it, and no withdrawal is paid until the account is fully verified. The casino can also ask for verification when you deposit. The KYC policy lists the documents it may ask for: ID, proof of address, photos of your payment card and proof of the source of your funds. The KYC team has up to 5 days to review them and works Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00 UTC. If you fail verification, you cannot deposit or withdraw.
