FortuneJack Casino Review

FortuneJack is operated by PlayWave SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica. Its terms say the company is licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence ALSI-202411021-FI1. The Anjouan licence register, read in October 2026, lists this licence for PlayWave SRL and fortunejack.com with the status valid. It was issued on 4 November 2024 and has an expiry date of 3 November 2026, so check the register for a renewal after that date.

FortuneJack's terms (latest copy we could read, May 2026) do not accept players from Australia, Austria, the Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom or the United States, or from countries on the FATF blacklist. As of October 2026, the Anjouan licence also excludes Australia, the Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Some game studios on the site exclude more countries. Canada is not on the main list, but the casino's prohibited territories page (April 2026 copy) says Evolution, Habanero, Microgaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger, VoltEnt and Yggdrasil exclude Canada, and Hacksaw excludes Ontario. Hacksaw, Play'n GO, Push Gaming and Yggdrasil exclude Malta.

If you live in one of the countries on the main list, FortuneJack does not accept you as a player. Whether online casino play is allowed where you live depends on your local law.

The payment details below come from FortuneJack's own pages and terms (copies from May and August 2026). Methods and limits change, so check the cashier and the terms before you deposit.

Crypto payments

The casino's home page (August 2026 copy) lists 11 cryptocurrencies:

Crypto minimums are shown in the cashier; the terms give no maximum for crypto withdrawals. The terms also say Bitcoin withdrawals to SegWit wallets are not supported. You can compare other Bitcoin casinos.

Cards and other fiat methods

The only fiat currency is the euro. The methods named are Visa, Mastercard, Open Banking, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Fiat deposits and withdrawals are EUR 20 to EUR 2,000 per transaction. Your bank or payment provider may charge its own fees.

Rules before you withdraw

• You need a verified account to withdraw (see Opening an account).
• Casino deposits must be wagered up to two times before you withdraw them. For sports, one bet of at least half the deposit is needed. The casino can raise this to five times the deposit if it suspects you are using it as a mixer, for example depositing in one coin and withdrawing the same amount in the same or another coin.
• Winnings from a single bet or spin are capped at EUR 300,000, not counting jackpots.
• The casino advertises 0% fees, but its terms say withdrawal fees may apply and are shown when you withdraw.
• Withdrawals may be paid in instalments.
• An account with no transactions for 12 months becomes dormant. If the casino then cannot reach you, it charges an administrative fee of 5% a month, which can reduce the balance to zero.

Withdrawal times

The casino advertises a 3-minute average withdrawal time. Its terms say some requests can take a considerable amount of time. btcman has not timed withdrawals there.

FortuneJack's casino has slots, live dealer tables and its own instant and crash games. It names Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw and Betsoft among its game studios, and Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi for live blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows.

The casino says its instant and crash games are provably fair and that third-party games run on certified RNG. This review found no RNG certificate to check.

Its own pages give different counts: most of its currency pages say 5,000+ slots, while the main text of its USDT, USDC, Ethereum and Polygon pages says 7,000+ slots. btcman has not counted the lobby.

FortuneJack also has a sportsbook on the same site, with its own sports terms. The sports listed on its site include:

It does not say how many sports it covers. In August and September 2026, its home page and welcome bonus page offered new sports bettors a 100% free bet up to 200 USD after they deposit and wager 3 times on sports, at minimum odds of 1.3. Check the current bonus terms before you deposit.

Casino welcome package

The casino calls its welcome offer a 500% bonus. It is split into four "missions", one for each of your first four deposits:

• First deposit: 100%
• Second deposit: 150%
• Third deposit: 100%
• Fourth deposit: 150% and 15 bonus rounds

Each mission's bonus is paid as free spins after you meet a 10x wagering requirement on slots or Aviator. New players choose either this casino package or the sports free bet. The terms section of the archived welcome page did not load, so the maximum bonus and the deadline are not given here. The casino's own pages have described different welcome packages, so check the current bonus terms for the split, the cap and the deadline before you deposit.

Bonus rules

• You need a verified email to claim a bonus, and you must activate a bonus before you make the deposit.
• The minimum deposit for a bonus is 0.002 BTC or the equivalent, unless the bonus says otherwise.
• Unless a bonus says otherwise, wagering is 30 times and the bonus expires after 7 days.
• Free spins must be used within 24 hours of activation.
• While a bonus is pending or active, the maximum bet is 10 USD or the equivalent.
• Winnings you can cash out from a wagering bonus are capped at 5 times the bonus amount.
• A withdrawal request cancels any active bonus.

Loyalty club

Jack's Loyalty Club enrols you automatically when you open an account; you start earning rewards once your email is verified. It has 20 levels, from Bronze 1 to Legend, and you climb them with Jack Points: one point per $1 wagered on slots, half that on sports, and a quarter on live casino, crash and other games. Points do not expire, and wagers from bonus balance earn none. Rewards include:

• Monthly cashback on the previous month's net losses, from 2% at Bronze 1 to 15% at Legend, to be claimed within 10 days. To qualify, you must have lost a set share of your deposits, starting at 80% at the entry levels. Cashback carries no wagering.
• Daily rakeback from Silver 1.
• A Monday reload from Silver 1, from 25% up to 0.25 BTC to 50% up to 3 BTC at Grandmaster and Legend. It must be activated before you deposit, it carries 30x wagering, and it expires after 7 days.

FortuneJack does not mention a mobile app on the pages checked for this review, and those pages link to no App Store or Google Play listing. Its FAQ describes the website as mobile-friendly, so you play in the phone's browser.

Self-exclusion and limits

You can ask support by live chat or email to exclude you permanently or for a cooling-off period, such as one week, one month or six months. You must give a reason; the casino says it cannot process a self-exclusion without one. Support can also help place limits on your account.
