This privacy policy explains what information BTCMAN collects when you use this website, why, and the choices you have.

References in these documents to BTCMAN, “We” or “Us” mean Simply Maniaks Ltd, or (if different) an owner Company or another Parent or Daughter Company that runs BTCMAN, and any successors and assigns thereto. References to “You”, “Your” and “User” mean the person, group or other entity using BTCMAN.

BTCMAN publishes independent crypto casino reviews and guides. We are not a casino: we don't take bets, process payments, hold funds or offer user accounts, so we collect only the limited information described below. Your use of BTCMAN is also subject to our Terms of Service.

We use PostHog, an analytics service, to see how visitors use BTCMAN so we can improve our reviews and guides. It records things like the pages you view, what you click on the site (for example, which casino link you followed and from which page) and how quickly pages load. Like any web request, what PostHog receives also includes technical details such as your IP address and browser type.

Unless you accept cookies, PostHog runs cookieless: it keeps its identifier in your browser's memory only, stores nothing on your device and forgets the identifier when you close or reload the page.

If you accept analytics cookies on our cookie banner, PostHog stores an identifier in a cookie and in your browser's local storage, and session details in your browser's session storage, so it can recognise your browser on later visits.

• Your choice on the cookie banner (accept or decline) is saved in your browser's local storage under the key “cookie-consent”, so we don't ask again on every page.
• You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer. It clears your saved choice and shows the banner again, and PostHog goes back to cookieless mode, removing the cookie, local storage and session storage entries it had set, until you accept again.
• The site also saves a few display preferences in your browser, such as light or dark mode and list or grid view, and remembers for the current browser session that you have already seen our bonus pop-up. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.
• You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address in our content management system (CMS) so we can send you new reviews and bonus updates by email. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove your address at any time.

BTCMAN may use third-party delivery systems to send you emails. These systems do NOT retain, store, use or share your personal information other than for that purpose.

When you send us a message through our contact form, we store your name, email address, the topic you chose, the casino name if you gave one, your message and the page you sent it from in our CMS. We use them only to reply to you.

To limit abuse, our server keeps the times of recent messages per IP address in its memory, at most until it restarts. They are never stored in our CMS or with your message.

Like most websites, BTCMAN runs on servers from a hosting provider, which processes request logs when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. These logs are used to run the site and keep it secure.

Images from our CMS, such as casino logos, are loaded directly from our CMS server at api.btcman.io, which receives the same kind of request details when your browser loads them.

Some reviews include a video hosted on YouTube or another video platform. For YouTube videos, the preview image is loaded from YouTube. The player itself only loads when you click play; from then on, the video platform's own privacy policy applies, and it may set its own cookies.

Our affiliate links take you to casinos and betting sites, which run their own websites under their own privacy policies and terms. Once you visit a third-party website, it is not under BTCMAN's control, and that website's privacy policy and terms govern what it collects, including anything you give it when you sign up or deposit. Please read them before you share any information. We disclaim all liability for any actions on third-party websites or services.

The services that run BTCMAN for us, such as our hosting provider, PostHog and any email delivery system, process information on our behalf as described above.

BTCMAN may disclose your personal information in the range which is necessary under applicable law, in connection with any current or future legal proceedings in order to constitute or defend its respective legal rights. BTCMAN may further disclose your personal information upon request of State authorities, in a range and manner prescribed by applicable law. In the event of any disclosure, BTCMAN WILL NOT disclose more information than the minimal range which is prescribed by governing law.

In the event that BTCMAN goes through a business transition (merger, acquisition, sale of assets etc.), your personal information will likely be among the assets transferred. You will be notified via e-mail of any such change of ownership of your personal information.

Our service providers may process your information in other countries. By using BTCMAN, you agree to such cross-border transfers of your information.

BTCMAN takes security very seriously and follows accepted industry standards during the process of submission, transmission and acceptance of personal information. No method so far is 100% secure, but we are committed to caring for the information you share with us in the best way possible. BTCMAN will disclose any security breaches which might occur on this website in the case such breach does occur and our staff acquires knowledge of it. All possibly affected parties shall be notified via the information provided on this website. You hereby indemnify BTCMAN from any force majeure that might occur to the service to the extent of professional security duties upheld by the service, provided that BTCMAN discloses a breach within its reasonably expected scope of knowledge. If BTCMAN does not disclose such a breach knowingly and within a reasonable time period from such an occurrence, Users may seek relief from the Service.

You don't have to give us any personal information to read BTCMAN: the newsletter and the contact form are optional.

• Newsletter: use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email, or ask us to remove your address.
• Your information: you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, such as your newsletter address or messages you sent us, and ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under data protection law.

Every older version of these documents is superseded with the issuing of a renewed version. In case of change of our General Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, we will notify you on this Web page, by e-mail, or by means of notice on our Home Page.

If any provision of this Policy is, or is to be found by an appropriate authority, unenforceable under U.K. Governing law, that will not affect the enforceability of any other provisions of these Terms of Service. These Terms are written in compliance with U.K. Governing law and international standards. The Parties agree to solve all disputes or controversies, including those arising from termination of employment in a manner other than filing court actions. Alternative dispute-resolution prevents statute barring of the rights and obligations arising from this Agreement. If these dispute-resolving methods prove unsuccessful, they are to commence court proceedings. If any provision of this Agreement is, or is to be found by an appropriate authority, unenforceable under governing law, that will not affect the enforceability of any other provisions of this Agreement.

The parties covenant and agree that the applicable and usable law according to which this agreement will be governed will be the law of U.K. Subsequently to the aforementioned, U.K. Law will regulate all disputes or litigation arising from the content of this contract or its execution, accordingly.

You hereby agree to indemnify and hold BTCMAN, its owner Company, Representatives and Partners harmless from and against any loss, cost, damage and expense, including but not limited to: attorneys’ fees and court costs, arising directly or indirectly from Your use of the BTCMAN Website and/or Your breach of any representation, warranty or restriction contained in this agreement.

This agreement is not to be in favor of a weaker party, as there is not such party under this specific contract.

The Service shall not accept any class action or claim against its work related to the Website, and shall process each action or claim on a case-to-case basis. The User has agreed that, in the case any action or claim is brought up against the service, it shall not exceed the expenses endured or 100 U.K. Pounds, whichever is greater, excluding attorney’s fees. None of the provisions of this agreement is constructed to release individual liability arising from fraud or misrepresentation.

The Service takes no responsibility for any possible failure of servers or other Vis Major outside the reasonable scope of the Service’s control, which may result in temporary unavailability of the Service. BTCMAN reserves the right to discontinue any portion of the whole service with or without previous notice. BTCMAN is not to be held liable for such discontinuance.

These Terms, along with all supplemental documents you have expressed your consent to, without limitation to conclusive means of acceptance, are to be regarded as a single, legally-binding contract between you and BTCMAN.

No terms set forth herein are constructed in any way or manner in order to limit or otherwise obstruct consumer protection rights. If any such clause exists by applicable law, it shall not affect the enforceability of the remainder of this document.
