About Empire
Empire.io has closed. On 19 August 2025 its operator posted on its Telegram channel that the casino would close on 25 August 2025 for what it called a big transformation, and asked players with a balance to withdraw before then. The channel's newest post is still that notice (checked in October 2026), and we found no sign of a relaunch.
Empire is not licensed today. On 16 October 2026 the Anjouan regulator's validator said empire.io is not licensed; the licence section below has the details.
You cannot sign up, deposit or play at Empire. The rest of this review sets out what Empire's own pages said in 2025, for anyone who used it or still holds a balance there. Our crypto casino reviews cover other sites.
Checked on 14 October 2026. The live site could not be read, so the casino's terms are archived copies from 16 August 2025: terms and conditions, reward terms. Closure: the operator's Telegram notice. Licence: regulator's validator, re-checked on 16 October 2026.

Support and contacts
In 2025 Empire listed hello@empire.io for support, safergaming@empire.io for responsible gambling and security@empire.io for security, and its terms mentioned a live chat facility. We found no phone number. The closure notice of 19 August 2025 also pointed players to hello@empire.io. Whether anyone still answers is not known.
Deposits and withdrawals in 2025
Empire no longer takes deposits. From October 2025 to February 2026 empire.io showed only a notice that it was going offline temporarily, and since February 2026 our requests and the Web Archive have received only a Cloudflare security check (HTTP 403). Whether a remaining balance can still be withdrawn is not known.
If you left money at Empire, note that its 2025 terms let it start taking a 5% fee from a balance after 12 months of inactivity, until the balance reached zero. The same terms let Empire close accounts inactive for more than 12 months.
Empire's 2025 terms listed crypto only: BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, TRX, XRP, ADA, DOGE and BNB. They named no card or bank method. Some payment methods could carry a fee, shown in the cashier. There was no maximum for crypto withdrawals. Before a withdrawal you had to verify your email address. Empire could ask for ID and proof of address at any time and hold withdrawals until it had them, and it could run extra checks on withdrawals over 2,000 USDT. The terms gave no withdrawal time.
Minimums per transaction in the 2025 terms:
| Coin | Min deposit | Min withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin (BTC) | 0.000007 BTC | 0.000225 BTC |
| Ethereum (ETH) | 0.00013 ETH | 0.01 ETH |
| Litecoin (LTC) | 0.002 LTC | 0.1 LTC |
| Tether (USDT) | 0.25 USDT | 20 USDT |
| Tron (TRX) | 3 TRX | 100 TRX |
| Ripple (XRP) | 0.31 XRP | 10 XRP |
| Cardano (ADA) | 0.694 ADA | 29.1 ADA |
| Dogecoin (DOGE) | 3.535 DOGE | 100 DOGE |
| BNB | 0.0009 BNB | 0.04 BNB |
Bonuses
As of October 2026 no bonus can be claimed at Empire, because the casino is closed. Its own pages disagreed about bonuses in 2025:
- In February 2025 its Telegram channel advertised a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to 1 BTC (minimum deposit 20 USDT, 40x wagering), and 50% up to 5,000 USDT on the second and third deposits.
- By August 2025 its reward terms said that Empire.io does not offer deposit or welcome bonuses.
- In August 2025 its homepage title still advertised a 200% welcome bonus.
- From January to July 2025 the channel promoted weekly cashback of up to 20%, depending on the player's loyalty tier, paid on Mondays. Some posts said it was a share of net losses, others of monthly net losses.
- The reward terms said rewards came without wagering, while the general terms said deposit rewards carried wagering. Rewards had to be used within 30 days.
We found no no-deposit bonus in its 2025 terms or Telegram posts.
Licence and restricted countries
In 2025 Empire said it was licensed by the Government of Anjouan under licence ALSI-132405042-FI3, held by Pixel Entertainment Limited, with a registered office in Mutsamudu, Anjouan. Its own pages did not mention a Curaçao licence. On 16 October 2026 the Anjouan regulator's validator said empire.io is not licensed. The licence, the company and the domain are not in the Anjouan licence register, which does not say why.
The 2025 terms let Empire check players' location and detect IP masking, and new players had to confirm they did not use third-party software to reach the site from a prohibited country. The terms did not accept customers resident in the countries below, among other restricted jurisdictions.
- Afghanistan
- Australia
- Curaçao
- Estonia
- Iran
- Iraq
- North Korea
- Syria
- Trinidad and Tobago
- United Kingdom
- United States
- Yemen
Games and sportsbook until August 2025
None of Empire's games can be played now. Empire did not state how many games or game providers it had, so this review gives no count. It added a sportsbook in February 2025. The site menu in an archived copy from 16 August 2025 listed these sections:
| Section | Menu items, August 2025 | Today |
|---|---|---|
| Games | Slots, pachinko hall, jackpot slots, crash and instant win, marble racing | Not available |
| Live casino | Live exclusives, live game shows, live baccarat, live blackjack, live roulette | Not available |
| Sports | Football, tennis, basketball, baseball, horse racing, sportsbook | Not available |
